I reserve the right to turn down any commission.
You are purchasing a digital file, not printed art.
I work only in my own style, so please don't request me to emulate anyone else.
I will likely adjust and adapt references slightly into my own stylization, but I do not take requests to trace or copy another artist's work.
NSFW requests are OK, but if I'm not comfortable with the content of the request I will decline it.
Complexities and backgrounds will add to the costs for commissions.
By purchasing any of my services, you are automatically agreeing to my Terms and Conditions and are obligated to follow them. If they are broken, you may be blacklisted from my commissions.

I will always try to finish your commission as soon as possible. It can take anywhere from two weeks to two months. I am not able to be at my computer constantly. That and I may have other commissions to do first.
RUSH FEES will be applied if you have a tight deadline that you need me to meet. Paying these fees will make your commission a top priority (and put you at the top of the to-do list). The cost of the fees will depend on how tight the deadline is and the complexity of the piece.
You may ask about progress whenever you would like, but I will only send WIPS if there has been a change in the commission since the last WIP was sent.
I will always inform you if something comes up that will delay the art. Should I become unable to complete the commission, I will issue a refund based on the amount of work that has already been completed. However, this is only the case if I am the one cancelling your commission.

I retain copyrights on all art and maintain the right to post them on my socials and promote myself with it (with proper credits given to you as owner of your original characters). (Streaming work process of the commission will be on a case-to-case basis based on the type of project it is for.)
Commissions should NOT be used for commercial uses unless previously agreed upon with proper compensation. The following cases are considered commercial use:
Reproducing and selling the artwork
Advertising yourself (Patreon, YT videos, streaming, business cards, promotional graphics/pieces)
When you receive profit in the medium where you're using it
You are NOT allowed to:
Change, modify, or use my works without my permission
Reproduce copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money from it in any way unless previously agreed upon and compensated for)
Take credit for the art
Remove my watermarks or signatures
Make NFTs of my work
Use my art with/on ANY A.I. sites!

Prices listed on this site do NOT include commercial usage unless it is explicitly stated along-side the prices.
Commercial usage is sometimes available as an add-on on certain commission types, however if there is no add-on please inquire in your request for a quote.
If you need commercial rights for the artwork, there will be a commercial usage fee applied. The cost of the fee depends on the complexity of the piece & how the artwork will be used (ex. self advertising, merch, etc.)
꒰・୨୧˚₊ payment process *｡꙳
Refunds are not available after I've started your commission!
After sending in the form, I will review your inquiry and upon acceptance I will send an invoice to the provided e-mail. All invoices will be sent through Square. (If you need to use PayPal, you will be charged an additional fee.)
All payments will be in USD, unless I specify otherwise.
FULL payment is required before I begin your commission. Payment plans are only available for large orders (ex. vtuber models).
Do NOT send me any kind of payment before I have confirmed your commission. I will personally request payment (through invoices) to avoid accidental transactions.
If payment is not received within 3 days of the invoice being sent, your commission spot will be lost. (If you're waiting on pay-day/ if there is an emergency, please let me know in advance and this timeline can be discussed.)
If chargebacks are issued after the commission is finished it will result in an IMMEDIATE ban/blacklist from my commissions.

If payment is not made within the previously mentioned period, penalties will be applied.
First strike - 3 month probation (temporary blacklist)
Second strike - 6 month probation
Third strike - permanent blacklist
